But yeah, we've passed the three-week mark for the contest and I just wanted to check-up and see if people are gonna be able to make the deadline that's creepin' up fast? 'Cause if not, we do have an extension amount in mind, though we don't wanna resort to it unless we have to.

The weekend was actually pretty relaxed, but not as boring as the last few. I did not get anywhere on my goals, but I did relax rather than spend my time upset about being stuck at home.

Friday and Saturday I watched all the Avatar: The Last Air Bender episodes I recorded during the every episode marathon last week and watched the finale Saturday. I am so glad I did. It was almost a spiritual experience at times.

I got my house cleaned and realized no matter how much I can't afford it, I have to clean the carpet...I can't afford not to, if I am going to get a roommate or sell the house. Though, I think that I may just have to give it up rather than sell. All the homes currently up for sale in my neighborhood have been up for sale for 6 months or more.

I looked, but cannot find anything less expensive as far as housing goes. An apt might work if I could get past the pet fees.

Sunday after I finished cleaning, I took StanLee to Petsmart and he used his $5 gift card to get a fleece ball. I don't recall if I mentioned he won a cutest puppy contest.

StanLee has not had an accident in a week! He sits pretty good for me, though I have struggled to teach him anything else, as once he sees the treat, he goes spastic on me.

Looks like there may have been a misunderstanding at the Dragon*Con staff meeting. According to the Volunteer Director, I am on the list for my new staff. I emailed my director to confirm one way or another. I am now waiting on some room share prices and also to hear about possibly a free room for playing party monitor...I tried this a couple of times and have not made the cut yet, so we will see.

I have started making plans for Frolicon, which is the one I am most excited about. Hopefully, Pam will let me come back after the incident this year. I did not get to complete my hours. I was not too happy about that myself. I will be reserving my room(s) next month and have started planning a party for the party and concoction contests if they have them....The Boozepack were the only ones to sign up last year. I will likely be looking for a few people to help with the party in exchange for some sleep space in the party room. If any of you have a great music collection and want to assist with music, I might even buy you a pass for the Con.
